• The basic price for the Alpin holiday flat is for two people per day for a minimum stay of 4 days, but varies depending on the season – we charge €20.00 for each additional person aged 16 and over.
• The basic price for the Relax holiday flat is for four people per day for a minimum stay of 4 days, but varies depending on the season – we charge €20.00 for each additional person aged 16 and over.
• Children up to 2.99 years stay free of charge and those from 3 to 13.99 years pay €10.00 per day.
• The local tax was introduced in South Tyrol on 1 January 2014. The local tax is levied per guest and overnight stay from the age of 14. For the year 2025, this amounts to 2.10 euros/night and is payable on departure.
• For stays of less than 4 days, a surcharge of €30.00 per day will be charged.
• The flats are ready for occupancy from 15:00 on arrival and must be vacated by 09:30 on departure at the latest. Other times on request.

• Pets are not allowed out of consideration for our next guests, we ask for your understanding!

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Reservations are only accepted in writing (via email). The booking becomes binding when the deposit is paid (booking security) and we send you the booking confirmation. The deposit is €200.00 per week. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Payment:

We ask you to settle the bill for your stay the evening before your departure. You can pay us in cash or by bank transfer (in advance).

Cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Swiss Civil Code:

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE – “ROTER HAHN – CANCELLATION PROTECTION”
We recommend that you take out Roter Hahn travel cancellation insurance when you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your vacation without any worries. You can find more information about costs and taking our travel cancellation insurance here

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
We offer you the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Swiss Civil Code:

• Up to 3 months before arrival, no cancellation fees are charged, only the deposit is retained.

• From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking price.

• 1 month to 1 week before departure, the cancellation fee is 80% of the booking price.

• In the last week before departure, the fee is 90% of the booking price.

• If you do not take over the booked holiday apartment for the agreed period without canceling, you are obliged to pay 100% of the booking price.
